Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create visually appealing

website banners, logos, and social media creatives. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense,

branding knowledge, and hands-on experience with modern design and AI-based creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

l Design high-quality website banners, landing page visuals, and promotional graphics.

l Create logos and brand identity assets as per brand guidelines.

l Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Ads, and other platforms.

l Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.

l Ensure consistency in designs across all digital platforms.

l Edit, retouch, and enhance images for digital use.

l Use AI tools to improve productivity, creativity, and design efficiency.

l Deliver projects on time while maintaining design quality.

Required Skills

l Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

l Strong working knowledge of Canva (Pro preferred).

l Experience using AI design tools (such as generative design, background removal, image enhancement,

etc.).

l Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.

l Ability to create both creative and performance-oriented designs.

l Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.

• A strong portfolio showcasing website banners, logos, and social media creatives.
