The Print Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent
customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction,
and driving sales. The role involves maintaining store standards,
following company policies, and working closely with other
departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist the customer with the printing requirement.
● Involves, greeting the customer, understanding the
requirement, suggesting the right print quality and
communicating the prices and taking the order.
● Drive individual sales target and meet the defined KPI’s
● Interact with internal teams, to ensure that the job is
completed and meets the quality guidelines of the
company.
● Ensure that all store processes are followed as per the
instructions from the store manager or shift manager
