Job Overview

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can also handle client calling and coordination. The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing marketing creatives and confident in communicating with clients for requirements, follow-ups, and basic sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

• Design creatives for outdoor & offline advertising (Auto/E-Rickshaw branding, hoardings, standees, posters, banners, lookwalker ads).

• Create social media posts, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.

• Ensure designs are print-ready with proper sizes, bleed, and color formats.

• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives.

• Make revisions as per client feedback within deadlines.

Calling & Client Coordination

• Call clients to understand design requirements and branding needs.

• Coordinate with clients for approvals, revisions, and final confirmations.

• Follow up on leads, existing clients, and pending artwork approvals.

• Maintain basic client records and communication logs.

• Support the sales team by sharing design samples and explaining creative concepts.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (mandatory).

• Basic understanding of printing and outdoor advertising formats.

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Confident and polite phone communication.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advertising agency / outdoor media.

• Knowledge of social media creatives and layouts.

• Basic understanding of branding and marketing.
