Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our on-site creative team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media design, branding, visual communication, and content creation. You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, short-form videos, social media creatives, and other visual assets that help brands communicate effectively and maintain a strong digital presence.

The role requires someone who can understand creative briefs, bring fresh ideas to the table, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners, advertisements, and other digital creatives.

• Create and edit short-form video content, reels, motion graphics, and promotional videos for social media.

• Develop creative concepts based on client requirements, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.

• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual communication across all digital platforms.

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Content teams to develop creative campaigns and content.

• Convert creative briefs and ideas into visually strong and platform-appropriate designs.

• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Adapt existing designs into different formats and dimensions as required for various platforms.

• Stay updated with current social media design trends, visual styles, content formats, and creative trends.

• Organize and maintain design files, templates, assets, and project folders efficiently.

• Take feedback positively and make revisions while maintaining the overall creative direction.

• Contribute new creative ideas and concepts to improve the visual quality and engagement of social media content.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, social media design, or a similar creative role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, branding, graphic design, and video content.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.

• Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent software.

• Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Understanding of different social media formats, dimensions, and creative requirements.

• Ability to create visually engaging and original content while following brand guidelines.

• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.

• Willingness to learn new design tools, techniques, and emerging creative trends.

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field will be an advantage.
