Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designers to join our team. As a fresher or 0-4 years experienced, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of designers, developers, and project managers. Your role will be to deliver work related to work seamlessly by meeting client’s vision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·  Design and create visually appealing graphics for more than 15-20 things we make.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech) to understand project needs and deliver creatives accordingly

·       Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and uniqueness in designs

·       Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently

·       Receive and implement feedback from team leads and clients to improve visual output

·       Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications and skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field OR Certification in graphic design courses is a plus.

·       Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.

·       Creativity: Strong sense of design, colour theory, typography, and composition.

·       Attention to Detail: Ability to create polished, high-quality work.

·       Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and design techniques.

·       Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.

·       Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

·       Collaboration: Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to take constructive feedback.
