Graphic Designer

We are looking for an individual with skills in graphic designing to join our mainline creative team. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative designer with an eye for detail. The candidate shall have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and topography. As a Graphic Designer/Motion Graphics/3D animator, the candidate will be playing a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s visual identity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop visually compelling designs that aligns with our vision and resonate with our target audience.  Ensure that all designs maintain a consistent visual identity and effectively communicate our unique offerings and stand out on shelves.

• Create engaging digital assets for our online platforms, including website graphics, email templates, social media posts, and multimedia content. Optimize designs for different digital channels to maximize engagement and drive brand awareness.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, events, and collaborations. Collaborate with the marketing team to transform ideas into visually stunning designs that captivate our target audience.

• Create captivating motion graphics and animations to enhance user interactions, communicate complex ideas, and bring designs to life.

• Utilize 3D software and animation tools to create visually stunning and realistic 3D animations and visualizations. Bring characters, objects, and environments to life through animation, modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and tools in graphic design, motion graphics, and 3D animation. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills to deliver cutting-edge and innovative visual solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia design or related field.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, motion graphics 3D animation with the portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

• Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), CorelDRAW 3D modelling and animation software (Maya, Blender), and other relevant tools.

• Familiarity with prototyping tools, wireframing, and user research methodologies.  Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices, including responsive design and platform-specific design guidelines.

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, animation, and motion.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
