Core Responsibilities of Graphic Designer:
Conduct benchmarking of designs in the category.
Develop design routes as per the project brief for stakeholder review.
Create project and brand assets for the project-logos, colour palettes, monograms as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic design initiatives.
Proficiency in Design Suite (Adobe)
Relevant certifications (ACP) are advantageous.
CUXD certification is desirable.
Skills and Qualifications for Graphic Designer
Design Skills
Core knowledge of design tools in the market with Photoshop being mandatory.
Strong background in designing for brands-logos, packaging, banners, A plus content.
Familier with Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop, C++, Jawa
Skill in presenting complex ideas convincingly.
Proficiency in Design Suite (Adobe)
Relevant certifications (ACP) are advantageous.
CUXD certification is desirable.
Communication and Presentation Skills
Ability to communicate at top level on the thought and process behind the design.
Ability to understand and unpack briefing given by key stakeholders.
Active listening capabilities
Ability to explain design challenges to non-design people so that they can see beyond just colour and typography.
