Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at Novel Nutrientss Private Limited to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
>Create visual concepts: Create designs, layouts, and graphics for websites, advertisements, and print media

>Develop brand identities: Create logos, color palettes, and typography that reflect a company's values and personality

>Collaborate with clients: Understand design requirements and incorporate feedback into designs

>Ensure designs align with brand guidelines: Ensure consistency across all brand assets and collateral

>Use typography: Choose appropriate fonts, including the size, shape, and placement of text

>Use design elements: Use shape, color, space, form, line, value, and texture to create an image that conveys a certain mood

>Work with teams: Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to ensure that all materials effectively communicate the intended message

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
