About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fresher or Intern Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Operations team. You will be the artist behind our personalized products, directly transforming customer ideas into beautiful, custom-designed gifts. This is a hands-on role where you will manage design orders from start to finish, ensuring every product tells a unique story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customization & Design:

  • Create and personalize designs for a wide range of products (e.g., storybooks, mugs, caricatures) based on customer requirements.

  • Use CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Canva to edit images, design layouts, and prepare print-ready files.

• Client Coordination:

  • Communicate directly with customers via email/chat to understand their design needs, share drafts, and incorporate feedback.

  • Ensure 100% client satisfaction with the final design before production.

• Quality Control:

  • Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are optimized for production

• Order Management:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple design orders from our website and Amazon to meet delivery timelines.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Basic proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.

• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for design.

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi) to interact with customers on Whatsapp or Call.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle feedback positively.

• A portfolio (academic/personal projects) demonstrating design skills.
