Responsibilities:

Skills & competency required:

• Design Creation: Develop a wide range of creative assets, including brochures, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, web pages, print ads, event materials, presentation decks and videos.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms.

• Creativity and Attention to Detail: Innovate while ensuring precision in designs, balancing creative flair with meticulous attention to detail.

• Project Ownership: Manage projects from concept to completion, presenting design concepts for team feedback and approval.

• AI Integration: Utilize AI and generative tools to enhance design work, making the process faster and more efficient.

• Design Fundamentals: Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles, including visual storytelling, typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

• Marketing Support: Assist in other marketing and communication activities as needed.

• Vendor Management: Find and manage outsourced vendors for specific requirements.
