Established in 1987, MM Spares is a Delhi & Faridabad-based distributor and exporter of genuine, OEM and high-quality aftermarket spare parts for backhoe loaders, cranes, forklifts and tractors. We are an authorised distributor for 30+ OE brands, serve a wide network of partners across India, and export to 17+ countries. As we scale into a modern, digitally enabled brand, design has become central to how we present our products, packaging and communications across print, digital and packaging.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own and lead visual design across the company. You will create high-quality work spanning catalogues, product packaging, emails, social media and print — turning our products and brand into clean, consistent, professional designs. This is a hands-on senior role: you will set the visual standard for MM Spares, deliver print-ready and digital-ready files, and bring strong design judgement to every piece that goes out.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and lay out product catalogues and brochures — multi-page, print-ready, with a clean and consistent design system.
• Create product packaging, box and label designs, with artwork and dielines prepared correctly for print.
• Design on-brand marketing emails and email creatives (built and sent in coordination with the email designer).
• Produce social media posts and creatives for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
• Design posters, banners, flyers and exhibition / trade-show graphics.
• Maintain and evolve the MM Spares brand identity — logo usage, colours and typography — keeping all output consistent.
• Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, correct resolution) and coordinate with printers and vendors.
• Organise and manage design assets, source files and templates for easy reuse.
• Work with the sales, exports and marketing teams to turn briefs into effective designs and meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
• 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong senior-level portfolio.
• Proven experience designing catalogues, product packaging, emails, social media creatives and posters.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (CorelDRAW a plus).
• Solid understanding of print production: CMYK, bleed, resolution, dielines and print-ready file preparation.
• Excellent sense of layout, typography, colour and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise and deliver on time.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to take a brief from concept to finished file independently.
Good to Have
• Experience designing for B2B, industrial, automotive or export-driven businesses.
• Familiarity with social media and email tools, and basic motion / video editing.
• Product-shot editing and retouching skills.
• Experience preparing artwork for exhibitions and trade shows.
