Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs to support branding, marketing, and digital presence for our real estate projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, property presentations, banners, emailers, etc.

▪️Create graphics and visual content for digital platforms including social media, website, and online campaigns.

▪️Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop branding concepts and project identity.

▪️Design creatives for real estate project launches, site branding, and exhibitions.

▪️Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics across all channels and mediums.

▪️Work with external vendors (e.g., printers) to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed materials.

▪️Stay updated with design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into the company’s visual identity.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in real estate, architecture, or marketing sectors).

▪️Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).

▪️Good understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and branding principles.

▪️Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

▪️Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

▪️Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

▪️Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

▪️Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience Required:

▪️2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic designing roles.
