About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who also has knowledge of motion graphics and video editing. The candidate will be responsible for creating attractive visual designs, engaging animated content, and high-quality videos for digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.

The ideal candidate should have a good sense of design, creativity, storytelling, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Designing

• Create creative and professional social media posts, banners, posters, and promotional creatives.

• Design YouTube thumbnails, advertisements, presentations, and other digital marketing materials.

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

• Develop unique and engaging visual concepts.

2. Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects.

• Design animated promotional videos, logo animations, and explainer videos.

• Add engaging visual elements to improve video quality and audience retention.

• Create basic 2D animations when required.

3. Video Editing

• Edit YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos.

• Add music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and visual elements.

• Work on video pacing, storytelling, colour correction, and audio quality.

• Convert long-form videos into engaging short-form content.

• Ensure videos meet the required platform specifications and quality standards.

4. Remote Work & Project Management

• Complete assigned projects within agreed deadlines.

• Communicate regularly with the team and provide progress updates.

• Accept feedback and make revisions when required.

• Organise project files and maintain proper file management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour combinations, and layout.

• Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent professional software.

• Knowledge of YouTube thumbnails, Reels, Shorts, and social media content formats.

• Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or certification in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.

• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing projects.

• Experience creating content for YouTube and other social media platforms.

• Knowledge of AI-based creative tools is an added advantage.

Work Requirements

• Must have a reliable laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.

• Must be available for regular online communication during agreed working hours.

• Must be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• All submitted work must be original or properly licensed. Copyrighted content must not be used without permission.

• It is a Part Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
