Graphic Designer

We are looking for a graphic design intern to join our team at Marketing Bibal to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites, and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand stipend and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

1. Designing Digital and Print Assets

   • Create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, ad creatives, and email newsletters.

   • Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

2. Video Editing and Creation

   • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

   • Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance video content.

   • Collaborate on storyboarding and scripting to produce engaging video narratives. Integrated Service Company

3. Motion Graphics and Animation

   • Design and animate motion graphics for various projects, including promotional videos and social media content.

   • Utilize Adobe Flash (now Adobe Animate) for creating interactive animations and multimedia presentations.

4. Brand Consistency and Visual Identity

   • Ensure all designs adhere to Marketing Birbal's branding and visual identity standards.

   • Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.

5. Collaboration and Feedback

   • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

   • Participate in brainstorming sessions and incorporate feedback into design revisions.

6. Asset Management and Organisation

   • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and project files for easy access and reuse.

   • Ensure proper file naming conventions and version control for collaborative projects.
