Graphic Designer & Video Editor | Full-Time

Make My Social Media is looking for a creative, skilled and responsible Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team.

We need someone who can create premium social media designs, engaging videos and effective ad creatives for different brands.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, good video editing skills, knowledge of AI tools and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Job Details

• Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on Skills & Experience)

• Location: Sector 3, Rohini, Delhi

• Work Mode: Work From Office

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Preferred: Candidates with previous experience in a Digital Marketing or Social Media Agency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Creative Work

• Create high-quality social media posts and carousel designs.

• Design Meta Ads, Google Ads and promotional creatives.

• Create brochures, flyers, posters and branding materials.

• Design YouTube thumbnails, Instagram stories and reel covers.

• Design attractive Instagram Reel thumbnails and maintain a consistent, visually appealing Instagram profile grid.

• Plan and maintain Instagram grid layouts according to each brand's theme, colours and visual identity.

• Develop fresh, premium and professional creatives for different brands.

• Follow brand guidelines, colours, fonts and design requirements.

2. Video Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.

• Add captions, text animations, music, transitions and effects.

• Create engaging short-form videos for different social media platforms.

• Edit videos based on references, scripts and creative briefs.

• Resize and optimise videos for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

• Make revisions and deliver final videos within deadlines.

3. Creativity & Design Research

• Research creative ideas from Pinterest, Instagram and competitor brands.

• Stay updated with current design trends and editing techniques.

• Use AI tools to improve creativity and workflow.

• Create original designs and recreate reference-based concepts when required.

• Suggest new creative ideas to improve content quality.

4. Quality & Deadline Management

• Manage creative requirements for multiple clients.

• Complete assigned work within deadlines.

• Handle feedback and revisions professionally.

• Maintain consistent design quality and brand identity.

• Check spelling, alignment, spacing and visual quality before submission.

• Organise project files and deliver editable source files when required.

• Work independently and coordinate with the team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.

• Good knowledge of basic to intermediate video editing.

• Strong portfolio of social media graphics, ad creatives and edited videos.

• Good understanding of typography, colours, layouts and visual balance.

• Ability to create premium and professional designs.

• Understanding of Instagram grid planning, reel thumbnails and consistent social media branding.

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.

• Ability to understand creative briefs in Hindi and English.

• Good time management, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects.

• Willingness to learn new tools and creative techniques.

Preferred Candidates

Applicants who have previously worked with Digital Marketing Agencies, Social Media Agencies or Creative Agencies will be given preference.
