Provide guidance and constructive feedback during design reviews.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh creativity to the team.
Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively under tight deadlines.
4–6 years of professional graphic design experience with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (branding, social, digital, print, etc.).Designing of Website Template and Logos are must have
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Canva, etc.
Excellent sense of layout, typography, color theory, and design aesthetics.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Strong communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
