Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at Neon Leisures Pvt Ltd. to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital creatives such as social media posts, banners, ads, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.

• Create engaging video content including reels, promos, product videos, testimonials, and explainer videos.

• Edit and produce videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, ensuring smooth transitions, effects, and sound alignment.

• Design eye-catching thumbnails and graphics to maximize engagement and click-through rates on platforms like YouTube and social media.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into impactful visuals and videos.

• Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across both static and motion content.

• Optimize graphics and videos for different platforms (websites, apps, social media, ads, campaigns).

• Stay updated with the latest design, video editing, and motion graphics trends to bring creativity and freshness.

• Manage multiple design and video projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under time constraints.

• Maintain an organized library of design and video assets for future use.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color.
