About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and an understanding of how to visually communicate medical and healthcare-related concepts effectively.

You will be responsible for creating visual content that supports product branding, marketing campaigns, medical presentations, and promotional materials for both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing and promotional materials such as product brochures, packaging, banners, social media creatives, and visual aids for doctors.

• Create engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, conferences, and product launches.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials in alignment with company guidelines.

• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and medical teams to deliver accurate and creative designs.

• Develop visual concepts that make complex medical information easy to understand.

• Manage multiple design projects while meeting timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 3 to 6+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a pharma or healthcare industry.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.

• Strong understanding of branding, color theory, and layout design.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work on detailed and compliance-based designs required in the pharma sector.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of packaging design for pharma products.

• Experience in creating visual aids, product monographs, and medical illustrations.

• Familiarity with video editing or animation tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
