📌 Job Opening: Graphic Designer (Branding & Motion)

Location: Indore - On-site

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month

🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer who understands branding, can create high-quality static & motion content, and is comfortable working across social media, marketing creatives, and brand assets.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design brand-focused creatives for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns

• Develop and maintain brand identity systems (colors, fonts, visual language)

• Create static designs (posts, banners, thumbnails, posters, presentations)

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Ads, and brand content

• Create motion graphics and animations using After Effects

• Work on basic video transitions, effects, subtitles, and storytelling

• Collaborate with marketing & strategy teams to execute brand concepts

• Ensure timely delivery of creatives as per content calendars and campaigns

✅ Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Graphic Design & Visual Branding

• Understanding of Brand Strategy & Brand Consistency

• Proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe After Effects

• Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)

• Knowledge of motion graphics & animation

• Basic understanding of social media design trends

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Experience with Instagram-first content creation

• Knowledge of typography & color psychology

• Basic understanding of marketing & ad creatives
