Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts, producing event-related graphics, and ensuring that all visuals meet the highest standards of design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design stunning event visuals that align with client visions and brand identity.

• Develop both print and digital assets including invitations, backdrops, branding elements, social media creatives, and more.

• Collaborate closely with the creative, production, and client servicing teams to ensure design excellence and timely delivery.

• Maintain and enforce design consistency across all creative assets.

• Lead junior designers, manage timelines, and maintain strong follow-ups on all tasks.

• Stay updated with design trends, especially in the wedding and luxury event space.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of professional design experience; experience in the wedding/events industry preferred.

• Design Tools: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or other animation tools is a plus.

• Creative Excellence: Proven ability to work with brand aesthetics and design guidelines, while conveying emotion and storytelling through visuals.

• Technical Strength: Sound knowledge of design principles, print production processes, and digital formats.

• Speed & Accuracy: Ability to work under tight deadlines with speed and precision.

• Aesthetic & Font Knowledge: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and spatial design.

• Leadership: Experience managing junior designers or interns; ability to guide, motivate, and lead a team.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.

• Follow-ups: Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring no detail is missed.
