We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and be capable of creating visually engaging creatives for digital platforms that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Design engaging creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, reels covers, and stories
Create visual content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and presentations
Work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to deliver campaign-specific creatives
Ensure consistency of designs across all digital platforms
Revise designs based on feedback and meet tight deadlines
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital formats
1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic knowledge of Canva (optional but preferred)
Understanding of social media formats and ad creatives
Strong creativity, typography, and color sense
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with branding and visual identity guidelines
