• Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of

hands-on experience in designing engaging visuals for social media and e-commerce platforms

such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate must have strong design aesthetics,

a keen eye for typography, and the ability to adapt design styles across multiple digital platforms

and brand guidelines.

• Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing social media banners, posts, and ad creatives aligned with brand

• identity and marketing goals.

• Create e-commerce banners, product listing images, infographics, and promotional creatives

for platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

• Follow platform-specific guidelines such as Amazon A+ content, banner dimensions, and

• layout standards.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute high-impact

digital campaigns.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and maintain high-quality design

output.

• Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and deliver final creatives within timelines.

• Stay updated on digital design trends, visual communication styles, and consumer

engagement patterns.

• Manage multiple design assignments and ensure timely delivery.

• Key Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital design, preferably for social media or e-commerce.

• Experience designing creatives for Amazon/Flipkart or digital marketing campaigns is preferred.

• Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related

fields.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design composition.

• Ability to design across multiple styles — minimal, corporate, festive, and promotional.

• Attention to detail with ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.

• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple briefs.

• Understanding of marketing-oriented design and visual storytelling.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: Up to ₹50,000 per month
