Summary:
The Graphic Designer will support the Communications team with the internal
and external communications of JVF. The position involves the creation of quality
content that effectively communicates the JVF’s work and builds brand
recognition. The role would require engaging with both internal and external
stakeholders of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Develop collaterals for JVF and its shop products, including event posters,
social media posts, videos, presentations, newsletters, and donor
communication materials.
Support the team by developing engaging digital creatives for stakeholder
communications and campaigns.
Create, build, and maintain design collaterals and templates for websites,
digital campaigns, and posts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Support the team to strengthen the Foundation’s online presence with
cohesive branding solutions.
Manage ad-hoc design requests for programmes and campaigns.
Coordinate with printers or vendors for the production of printed materials
(posters, brochures, banners, etc.)
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or
a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in graphic designing (experience in the
development or non-profit sector is a plus).
Excellent oral and written communication – English and Hindi
Strong presentation skills.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and videography.
Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro/Final cut, Canva
and other graphic design software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
