Role: Full-time (Hybrid and with occasional in-person meetings & travel)

Job Overview

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in creating scroll-stopping, high-converting static ads for social media. You'll work closely with our creative team to design visually compelling ads that not only look great but drive measurable results for our e-commerce and DTC clients.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting static ads for Facebook/Instagram that align with client brand guidelines and performance objectives

• Create compelling visual content that captures attention in crowded social feeds

• Work with creative strategists to understand client goals and target audience psychology

• Develop multiple design concepts and variations for A/B testing

• Incorporate performance data feedback to iterate and improve ad designs

• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries

• Stay current with social media design trends and platform specifications

• Collaborate with the broader team to ensure creative and performance alignment

• Meet project deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience designing for social media, preferably in a creative agency or e-commerce brand

• Proven track record creating high-performing social media ads (portfolio required)

• Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)

• Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram ad specifications and best practices

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills

• Self-motivated with eagerness to continuously learn and improve

• Based in Ahmedabad or willing to work from our Ahmedabad office
