About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing for digital marketing, branding, and real estate promotions. You’ll play a key role in creating high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and attract our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce visual assets for social media, websites, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
Create eye-catching creatives, reels, and ad visuals for real estate projects and campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver designs that meet strategic goals.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Adapt designs for various platforms and formats (Meta Ads, Instagram posts, stories, Google Ads, etc.).
Stay up to date with design trends, real estate marketing styles, and digital advertising aesthetics.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and branding.
Experience in designing for social media campaigns and paid ads.
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
