About the Role
We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Infobirth Innovations Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing our brand vision to life by creating visually engaging designs for both digital and print platforms. From social media creatives and marketing campaigns to brand identity materials and website graphics, you will help shape how our audience experiences our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Print Design: Create compelling graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media, digital advertisements, email campaigns, brochures, and print collateral.
Branding & Identity: Ensure all creative work aligns seamlessly with our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to brainstorm concepts and execute design objectives for ongoing campaigns.
Feedback & Iteration: Edit, refine, and revise designs based on constructive feedback from stakeholders in a timely manner.
Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and archive design files and templates for easy access and version control.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: [e.g., 1–3 years] of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house experience preferred). A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print projects is required.
Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and collaborative tools like Figma or Canva.
Design Fundamentals: A sharp eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, video editing, or motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude.
