Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Freelance Graphic Designer to support our branding, marketing, advertising, and digital communication requirements. The candidate should have experience in creating attractive and professional designs for the solar or related industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design creative social media posts, reels creatives, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Create designs for Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Develop marketing materials related to solar panels, solar projects, batteries, UPS, energy solutions, and renewable energy products.

Create website banners, landing page creatives, presentations, and promotional materials.

Design company profiles, product catalogues, brochures, exhibition creatives, and corporate presentations.

Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines, colours, logo, and communication style.

Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Management teams.

Convert marketing concepts and briefs into visually attractive and engaging designs.

Ensure timely delivery of designs as per agreed deadlines.

Edit and update existing creatives whenever required.

Create print-ready and digital-ready design files.

Required Skills

3–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar design tools.

Experience in social media creative design and digital advertising creatives.

Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour combinations, and visual communication.

Ability to understand technical products and convert information into simple and attractive designs.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in the Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Engineering, Real Estate, or B2B industry will be preferred.

Must have a strong and updated portfolio of previous work.

Candidates with experience in creating technical product brochures and performance marketing creatives will have an added advantage.

Freelance Engagement

Work will be assigned on a project-wise, monthly, or requirement basis.

Payment will be discussed based on experience, portfolio, work quality, and project requirements.

Candidate should be able to deliver quality work within agreed timelines.
