Graphic Designer

• Talent acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for job openings.

• Sourcing: Find and attract candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and job fairs.

• Screening and interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

• Process management: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage the candidate database using applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Offer and onboarding: Prepare and negotiate job offers and assist with the onboarding and training of new hires.

• Reporting and analysis: Track key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, and stay up-to-date on hiring trends and best practices. 

Essential skills and qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Proficiency with common software, such as Microsoft Office.

• Understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization.
