Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual design projects, think conceptually, and deliver high-quality creatives across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful designs for branding, marketing, and digital platforms

• Develop concepts for social media creatives, ads, brochures, flyers, presentations, and campaigns

• Lead design execution from concept to final delivery

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions

• Maintain brand consistency across all projects

• Guide and review work of junior designers

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus)

• Excellent understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy

• Experience working on branding, packaging, social media, and marketing creatives

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and presentation skills
