We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team and help create engaging visual content for our digital marketing, branding, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics and editing high-quality videos for social media, digital advertisements, websites, training promotions, and other marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for digital and print platforms.

• Create engaging social media creatives, advertisements, thumbnails, and campaign visuals.

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, corporate promotions, and training-related content.

• Add transitions, animations, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music to videos.

• Develop visual content that aligns with ICERT Global’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative assets on time.

• Create reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and event highlights.

• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual quality across all content.

• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, video editing techniques, and social media formats.

• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.

• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.

• Knowledge of social media content formats and digital marketing creatives.

• Ability to create engaging videos, reels, motion graphics, and promotional designs.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating corporate, educational, training, or certification-related content.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and audio editing.

• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing platforms.

• Ability to adapt creative content to different target audiences and campaign objectives.
