Role Description:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Indore. This full-time, on-site role requires an Immediate Joiner who is eager to contribute creatively to our clients' success. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets such as graphics, logos, branding materials, and more, all aligned with client needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, be detail-oriented, and have experience managing design projects in a fast-paced environment. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency, brand identity, and visual appeal across all platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating visually appealing and impactful graphics, logos, and branding materials.

• Managing design projects and maintaining design consistency across various platforms and media.

• Collaborating with teams to fulfil business and branding goals.

• Contributing creative ideas for new design concepts, social media campaigns, and digital content.

• Offering innovative captions and messaging where required to complement visuals.

• Ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of design assets.

Qualifications:

• Design Skills: Proficient in graphic design, with a strong ability to create visually compelling designs.

• Branding Experience: Expertise in logo design, visual branding, and creating cohesive brand identities.

• Typography: Deep understanding of typography, ensuring clarity, readability, and aesthetic appeal.

• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design tools.

• Creative Thinking: Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas for design, as well as create engaging captions and messages if required.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience: Proven work experience with a portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects and creative solutions.

• It is a Full Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
