Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at Honest Hire to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Technical Competencies

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

Hands-on experience with Corel Draw

Working knowledge of AI-based design tools to enhance efficiency and creativity

Strong understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and branding

Core Skills & Attributes

Creative mindset with strong conceptual and visualization skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Good communication skills and openness to feedback

Adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects under tight timelines

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns

• Design innovative catalogues, gifting hampers, and promotional materials as per client requirements

• Develop mockups, branding files, and design presentations

• Create design assets for print and digital collateral

• Design product packaging, brochures, logos, signage, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and web pages

• Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines

• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions
