Job Description:

Hear For Sure is seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team in Lucknow. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing compelling visuals and editing engaging videos to strengthen our brand presence across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create cohesive multimedia content.

• Ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across all projects.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Stay current with design and video editing trends to innovate and improve content quality.

Must-Have Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for design work.

3. Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.

4. Solid portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.

5. Excellent communication and project management skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a team and office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.

• Knowledge of UX/UI design tools like Figma or Sketch.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media Production, or related fields.
