Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design process and create visually compelling graphics that strengthen our brand identity. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality designs for digital and print media.

• Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Develop branding concepts and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and product teams to understand design requirements.

• Edit images, illustrations, and videos when required.

• Review and provide feedback to junior designers.

• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality standards.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.

• Experience with Figma and Canva.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.

• Excellent typography, color theory, layout, and branding skills.

• Strong creativity, communication, and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.

• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design projects.

Preferred Skills

• UI/UX design knowledge is an advantage.

• Experience working in an IT or digital marketing company.

• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
