📌 Position: Graphic Designer

🎯 Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

1. Jewelry Design Visualization

• Create high-quality graphic designs and digital mockups for jewelry collections.

• Understand and apply design aesthetics for gold, diamond, silver, and other jewelry segments.

• Collaborate with product designers or jewelers to convert concepts into visual designs.

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

2. Photo Editing & Retouching

• Edit and retouch high-resolution jewelry images for e-commerce, catalogs, and social media.

• Remove background, enhance shine, adjust colors, and ensure realistic representation of jewelry.

• Maintain a library of edited assets organized and optimized for web and print.

3. Video Editing

• Create short-form and long-form videos for marketing, social media, and website.

• Edit product videos, behind-the-scenes, reels, and promotional videos.

• Add motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, and basic animation if required.

4. Social Media & Marketing Content

• Design engaging creatives, banners, reels thumbnails, etc., for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.

• Support marketing campaigns with relevant visuals.

• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to understand campaign goals and target audience.

5. Trend Research & Concept Development

• Stay updated with design trends, especially in the jewelry and fashion industry.

• Assist in conceptualizing visual styles for seasonal campaigns or new product launches.

• Contribute fresh ideas for storytelling through visuals.

6. File Management & Delivery

• Deliver final files in proper formats (print, web, video).

• Ensure quality control and accuracy in all deliverables.

• Maintain organized design files and follow naming conventions.

🛠️ Tools & Skills Required:

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects

• Basic knowledge of Lightroom or similar editing software

• Understanding of color grading and photo enhancement

• Jewelry rendering software (optional but a plus – e.g., Rhino, MatrixGold, KeyShot)

• Creative thinking and attention to detail

• Portfolio showcasing jewelry designs and edited photo/video work.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills and team collaboration.
