Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer Ads & Social Media to join our team at Fortune 09 Estates.

This role is focused on creating high-converting ad creatives, thumbnails, and social media content for luxury real estate projects in Noida & Greater Noida.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Design Facebook & Instagram ad creatives (lead generation focused)
Create YouTube thumbnails (high CTR)
Design Instagram posts, reels covers & carousel creatives
Work closely with the marketing team to create sales-driven creatives
Edit and improve creatives based on performance data

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

Strong skills in Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
Understanding of ad creatives & marketing psychology
Ability to create attention-grabbing, scroll-stopping designs
Basic understanding of real estate industry (preferred)
Creative mindset with focus on results, not just design

🚀 Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

Video editing (Reels/Shorts)
Experience in real estate or luxury brand creatives
Knowledge of Meta Ads creatives

Candidates must share their portfolio or previous work.

Shortlisted candidates will be given a test task (ad creative + thumbnail) before final selection.
