Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will specialise in editing photos, videos, posters, banners, and social media reels that showcase properties and enhance our brand presence. This role is crucial in making our listings visually appealing and engaging for potential buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Edit high-quality property photos and videos to highlight features and create compelling visuals for listings.
· Produce engaging video reels, virtual tours, and promotional videos for social media and websites.
· Design visually attractive posters, banners, and marketing materials for both online and offline campaigns
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute property campaigns.
· Optimize content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and the company website.
· Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in photo and video editing, graphic design, or social media content creation.
· Strong eye for detail and ability to showcase properties in the best light
· Creative mindset with understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
· Knowledge of real estate marketing trends is a plus.
