Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for products, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, posters, banners, and digital assets. Strong expertise in CorelDRAW is mandatory for this role, along with a keen eye for aesthetics, branding, and layout design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop product packaging, product artwork, labels, and visual assets.

• Create engaging posters, banners, brochures, flyers, catalogues, and marketing collateral for both print and digital platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.

• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers when required.

• Modify and update existing designs based on business requirements.

• Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging tools.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW (Mandatory)

• Strong experience in Product Design, Poster Design, and Banner Design

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.

• Experience in creating print-ready artwork and production files.

• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Experience with social media creatives and digital marketing assets.

• Understanding of printing processes, materials, and specifications.

• Basic photo editing and image retouching skills.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field.

• Proven portfolio showcasing product designs, posters, banners, and marketing creative.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in graphic design software will be an added advantage.
