About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into strong visuals for digital and print. You will design social media posts, ads, brand assets and marketing material for different brands. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn: posts, carousels, stories and reels covers

• Create ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

• Design brand assets such as logos, brand guidelines, brochures, flyers, posters and banners

• Design company profiles, pitch decks and presentations

• Create website banners, landing page graphics and email templates

• Work with the marketing and content teams to turn briefs into visuals

• Keep brand consistency across all designs and platforms

• Handle multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines

• Make revisions based on feedback from clients and the team

• Keep up with design trends, formats and platform best practices

Required Skills

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

• Working knowledge of Canva and Figma

• A good eye for typography, colour, layout and composition

• Understanding of social media formats and ad design

• Able to work on your own and manage time well in a remote setup

• A strong portfolio showing a range of design work

Good to Have

• Basic video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut)

• Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI)

• Knowledge of print production and file preparation

• Experience designing for multiple industries or agency clients

• Ability to create designs with Hindi / Marathi text

Eligibility

• Graduate or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field

• A stable internet connection and your own laptop/PC with the required software
