Job Description

Create visual designs and graphics for print or digital media and websites
Provide creative ideas as per company's requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling graphics for posts, reels, stories, carousels, banners, and ads.
- Edit and create short-form video content (reels, motion graphics, animations).
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content calendars.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and platform algorithm changes.
- Handle basic scheduling and posting on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
- Occasionally contribute ideas for campaigns, influencer collaborations, and engagement strategies.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or social media content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work (posts, reels, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for quick edits.
- Good understanding of Instagram trends, aesthetics, and engagement tactics.
- Attention to detail and creative flair.
