Graphic Designer

1. Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and website graphics.

2. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.

3. Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with the company's overall branding and objectives.

4. Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs and layouts.

5. Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand identity and maintain a cohesive visual style.

6. Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques and concepts into projects.

7. Prepare final artwork files for printing or digital publishing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design deliverables are completed on time and meet project goals.

9. Provide design support for various marketing initiatives, such as presentations, infographics, and email campaigns.

10. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of designs across different platforms and mediums.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.

· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.

· Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.

· Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.

· Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.

· Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
