Job Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing social media presence to grow brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
Create content calendars (posts, reels, stories, shorts)
Write captions, hashtags & CTAs aligned with brand voice
Design or coordinate creatives (Canva/Design team)
Manage daily posting, comments, DMs & community engagement
Run & optimize paid social campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn – basic to advanced)
Track analytics, prepare monthly performance reports
Stay updated with trends, reels, audios & platform updates
Coordinate with marketing, sales & content teams
Skills Required:
Content creation & storytelling
Canva / basic design knowledge
Copywriting & hashtag research
Analytics & insights (Meta/Instagram/LinkedIn)
Paid ads basics (preferred)
Communication & time management
KPIs:
Follower growth
Engagement rate
Reach & impressions
Leads / inquiries generated
Experience:
Fresher to 2+ years (role-dependent)
