Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at Deecort-home Decor & Gifting (opc) Private Limited to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing creative visual content including, but not limited to, product designs, marketing creatives, social media posts, banners, catalogues, brochures, packaging designs, and website graphics in line with the Company’s brand guidelines.

• Creating and modifying designs for home décor and gifting products, including mock-ups, layouts, and final production-ready artwork.

• Coordinating with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand design requirements, timelines, and objectives.

• Ensuring all designs are accurate, high quality, and delivered within agreed timelines.

• Making revisions to designs based on feedback from the Company, clients, or internal stakeholders.

• Maintaining consistency of the Company’s brand identity across all visual communications.

• Preparing files for print and digital production, ensuring proper formats, resolutions, and specifications.

• Managing and organizing design assets, files, and creative libraries in an orderly and confidential manner.

• Staying updated with design trends, tools, software, and industry best practices relevant to home décor, gifting, and branding.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
