Graphic Designer

• Design Leadership:

• Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, advertisements, websites, social media, events, and product packaging.

• 3D Design:

• Create visually stunning 3D designs and renderings for product prototypes, event setups, and hotel interiors.

• Utilize advanced 3D modeling software to bring concepts to life with realistic textures, lighting, and animations.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, product development, event planning, and hotel management teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.

• Brand Consistency:

• Maintain and enhance the visual identity of CYC Group, ensuring consistency across all design outputs.

• Develop and update brand guidelines to reflect the evolving brand image.

• Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.

• Conduct final reviews and approvals of design work before publication or production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Design, Visual Arts, 3D Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic and 3D design, preferably in a senior or lead role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including graphics and 3D work.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp), AI Videos.

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and 3D rendering techniques.

• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics, video editing & AI Video.

• Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.

• Familiarity with WordPress/HTML/CSS and other web design tools.
