Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
2. Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials.
3. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create innovative concepts, campaigns, and graphics that effectively communicate key messages.
4. Create promotional materials like banners, infographics, logos, and animations, supporting various marketing and communication strategies.
5. Work on user interface (UI) elements and improve user experiences (UX) for websites and mobile apps, ensuring designs are user-friendly and visually compelling.
6. Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.) for crafting high-quality designs.
7. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure designs are correctly implemented in marketing campaigns, websites, and product packaging.
8. Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
9. Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices to keep the company’s visual content modern and engaging.
10. Maintain a well-organized library of design assets and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards for printing, web, and digital publishing.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
