JOB DESCRIPTION – GRAPHIC DESIGNER & VIDEO EDITOR

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Real Estate Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic designs, social media creatives, property marketing materials, promotional videos, reels, and other digital content to support the company's real estate projects and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

• Create creative and professional designs for real estate projects and property marketing.

• Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, pamphlets, standees, and hoardings.

• Create creatives for property launches, project promotions, offers, events, and campaigns.

• Design marketing materials for residential and commercial projects.

• Edit and enhance property images, site photographs, floor plans, and other visual content.

• Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Maintain consistency in company branding, fonts, colors, layouts, and visual identity.

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand design requirements.

• Make design modifications based on feedback from the management and marketing team.

Video Editing

• Create and edit property walkthrough videos, project videos, promotional videos, and social media reels.

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional content, and other short-form videos.

• Edit raw footage provided by the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Add music, text, subtitles, transitions, effects, voiceovers, and branding elements to videos.

• Create engaging videos showcasing properties, projects, locations, amenities, offers, and site visits.

• Create video content according to current social media trends.

• Resize and optimize videos according to different social media platforms.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.

Note: Strong proficiency in relevant designing and video-editing tools is required. Knowledge of additional creative software will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of graphic designing and video editing.

• Good understanding of color combinations, typography, layouts, branding, and visual presentation.

• Good knowledge of social media content and current design/video trends.

• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to convert concepts and requirements into visually appealing content.

• Good image editing and retouching skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as with the Marketing and Sales teams.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.

• Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong graphic designing and video-editing skills may also apply.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in:

• Real Estate

• Digital Marketing

• Advertising

• Media & Creative Agencies

• Branding / Marketing

Freshers with an excellent portfolio and strong practical skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

• Previous experience in Real Estate Marketing will be preferred.

• Experience creating property-related social media creatives and videos.

• Strong creative and visual sense.

• Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

• Willingness to learn new design and editing techniques.

• Portfolio of graphic designs and video-editing work is preferred.
