Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our Real Estate Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating attractive and professional designs for property projects, digital marketing campaigns, social media, print media, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for real estate projects, properties, and promotional campaigns.

• Design social media posts, reels covers, banners, and advertisements for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Create property brochures, flyers, pamphlets, standees, hoardings, and project presentations.

• Design marketing creatives for property launches, offers, events, and campaigns.

• Edit property images, site photographs, floor plans, and other visual content.

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand project requirements.

• Maintain consistency in company branding, fonts, colors, and visual identity.

• Create attractive creatives for residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Make revisions based on feedback from the management and marketing team.

• Ensure all designs are completed accurately and within deadlines.

• Stay updated with current graphic design and real-estate marketing trends.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.

• Good understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and branding.

• Knowledge of social media creative design.

• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.

• Good image editing and retouching skills.

• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong graphic design skills and a good portfolio may also apply.

Experience

1–3 years of experience preferred, preferably in Real Estate, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a similar industry.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in creating real-estate/property marketing creatives.

• Strong creative and visual sense.

• Good understanding of digital and print marketing.

• Ability to work independently as well as with the Marketing and Sales teams.

• Portfolio of previous design work is preferred.
