Job Overview

We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You’ll play a key role in designing digital experiences that are not only visually compelling but also functional and user-friendly. If you have a solid understanding of design principles and hands-on experience with modern design tools, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for websites, mobile apps, and digital campaigns.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to bring concepts to life.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.

• Develop brand-aligned assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Apply typography and color theory to improve readability and visual impact.

• Work with grid systems to ensure clean and structured layouts.

• Design for responsiveness across multiple screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).

• Build and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.

Required Skills & Tools

Design Tools

• Figma (industry standard)

• Adobe XD

• Sketch

• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator

Typography & Color Theory

• Strong understanding of font pairing and readability

• Knowledge of color psychology and accessibility contrast

Layout & Composition

• Familiarity with grid systems, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy

Design Systems & Style Guides

• Ability to create and maintain reusable design components

Responsive Design

• Experience designing for different screen sizes and device types

Nice-to-Have

• Animation/motion design knowledge

• Experience working in cross-functional teams (devs, product managers)

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design feasibility
