Avant Garde Industries is looking for a visionary Digital & Motion Graphic Designer to translate complex industrial technology into high-impact visual narratives. As the primary visual architect of our brand, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and professional marketing.
Your mission is to elevate our core product line, including TIJ printers and sophisticated batch coding system, through high-fidelity static designs and "scroll-stopping" motion graphics. The objective is to cultivate brand authority and generate high-quality leads in a competitive B2B landscape.
Performance-Driven Ad Production: Conceptualize and execute high-conversion static and video assets tailored for Meta Ads and the Google Display Network.
Motion Graphics & Video Post-Production: Architect 15–30 second product demonstrations, "how-it-works" schematic animations, and high-energy cinematic reels for cross-platform social engagement.
Iterative Design Collaboration: Partner with the Performance Marketing team to develop diverse ad variations for A/B testing, focusing on optimized hooks, color psychology, and persuasive CTAs.
Brand Stewardship & Modernization: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints—including web assets, email marketing headers, and social media—to ensure a premium, industry-leading aesthetic.
Conversion-Centric UI/UX Design: Design high-performing landing page layouts and lead-magnet assets optimized to drive user flow toward WhatsApp integration and lead-capture objectives.
Technical Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Portfolio Excellence: A robust portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated balance of high-end static graphic design and advanced motion/video production.
Digital-First Strategic Thinking: Comprehensive understanding of platform-specific requirements, including social media safe zones, web-optimized file compression, and responsive aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9).
B2B Design Logic: The unique ability to present industrial machinery as modern, professional, and aspirational to a target audience of business owners and plant managers.
