About the Role

CERVO Electricals & Lightings is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop high-quality visual content for our products, marketing campaigns, social media, dealer communications, and company branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative content for social media, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms.

• Create product creatives, banners, brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters and promotional materials.

• Design product launch creatives and marketing campaigns.

• Prepare product images and creatives highlighting features, specifications and pricing.

• Create creatives for dealer/distributor communication and sales promotions.

• Design company presentations, certificates, invitations and internal communication materials.

• Maintain consistency with CERVO brand guidelines, logo, fonts and colour themes.

• Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales and Product teams to understand design requirements.

• Edit and enhance product photographs and promotional images.

• Create basic video/reel content and motion graphics for social media where required.

• Manage multiple design requirements and deliver work within deadlines.

• Maintain an organised library of editable design files and final artwork.

• Ensure all artwork is accurate in terms of product names, codes, specifications and other information before release.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / Canva is preferred.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour combinations and branding.

• Good photo editing and image manipulation skills.

• Ability to create modern and attractive social media creatives.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple assignments.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in Electrical, Lighting, Switchgear, FMCG, Manufacturing or Consumer Product industries will be preferred.

• Candidate should have a strong creative portfolio.

• Should understand commercial/design requirements rather than only artistic design.

• Freshers with excellent skills and portfolio may also be considered.

Education

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / Certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related field.
