Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join us on a part-time basis, working one day per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing carousels, posters, GIFs, reels, and other engaging content for our social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

The designer will also work on enhancing the visual quality of our website, preparing weekly reports, and suggesting creative improvements to strengthen our online presence. Additionally, this person will train our in-house team, give them weekly assignments/homework, and review their work to build their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create carousels, posters, GIFs, reels, and short-form content for social media platforms.

• Enhance and update website visuals, banners, and creatives.

• Prepare weekly reports on performance and provide suggestions for design & strategy improvements.

• Conduct weekly training sessions with our team, assign practice tasks, and review their progress.

• Develop engaging, brand-consistent content to increase visibility and engagement.

• Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends.

• Collaborate with management to understand campaign objectives and deliver creatives accordingly.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in graphic design, especially in social media content creation.

• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in digital creatives, GIFs, reels, and web design.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, Figma (or similar).

• Experience in training or mentoring junior designers will be a strong plus.

• Understanding of social media dynamics and content trends.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think visually and strategically.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
